A Count Value is a non-negative integer value that is a function output of a counting function.
- AKA: Set Size Value.
- Context:
- It can range from being an Actual Count Value to being a Predicted Count Value.
- It represents the Maximum Number required for a One-to-One mapping to each Members in A.
