A Count Value is a non-negative integer value that is a function output of a counting function.

• AKA: Set Size Value.
• Context:
  • It can range from being an Actual Count Value to being a Predicted Count Value.
  • It represents the Maximum Number required for a One-to-One mapping to each Members in A.
• Example(s):
  • $0$ <= Count{}.
  • $1$ <= Count{X}.
  • $4$ <= Count{1,A,28,DL}.
  • $4$ <= Count{1,1,1,1}.
  • $4$ <= Count(1,1,1,1).
  • Infinity <= Count{1,2,3,4,...).
