A RelatedTo Relation is a Semantic Relation that connects two or more related Entities.

• AKA: RelatedTo, EntitiesRelatedTo, ConceptuallyRelatedTo, Related-To.
• Context:
  • It can be a Correlation.
  • It is an Symmetric Relation; because if A is related to B then B is related to A.
  • It is an Irreflexive Relation; because a thing is not related to itself. (A person is not related to itself).
  • It is not necessarily a Transitive Relation or Intransitive Relation.
  • It can have the Semantic Relation Mention Pattern of “NP is related to NP”.
  • It can (typically) be a Many-to-Many Relation.
  • It can be an IsA Relation.

  • RelatedTo(bad breath, mint).
  • RelatedTo(cold, heat). (an Antonym relation)
