PPLRE Curated Corpus

A PPLRE Curated Corpus is the set of Text documents from the PPLRE Corpus that Domain Experts have manually extracted OPL relations from.

• Context:
  • Note that Domain Experts read the Documents but annotated only Passages from these documents.
  • Is composed of Text documents that retrieved using queries that would heuristically result in many of the them having OPL relations.
  • Increases in size after each iteration of the PPLRE Manual Evaluation Task.
  • Is associated to the PPLRE Curated Relations (See: PPLRE OrganismProteinLocalization Table)
  • The current version is associated with PPLRE Curated Data v1.4.
