A Mentor is a person in a role of providing mentorship (to a mentee).

- They can (typically) be Empathic, Good Listeners, ...
- They can (typically) do not Prejudge, Talk a lots, ...
- They can range from being an Effective Mentor to being an Ineffective Mentor.
- They can have a Mentor Mindset.
- They can ask Questions, such as:
- “What does going forward in your career look like?"
- “What's preventing you from achieving your goal?"

- They can help to increase the mentee's exposure and expanding their network.
- They can assist them with missing skills (e.g. via shadowing).
