- What do you like best? As a new user of Firebase, the dashboards that were built before I arrived have provided incredible insight to understand the performance of our users through their data as well as the performance of our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- What do you dislike? It would really help to make the location of self-help and support more obvious when a new user is hanging out in a specific project. I was able to find it after clicking around, but it wasn't obvious without spending some time or having someone show me. Other than that.....it's an awesome tool. Firebase has helped me increase my dynamic visibility to both user data and company performance data, giving me a leg up on making decisions closer to real-time, even if the data is still a lagging indicator. At least it is real-time! :-)
