Non-Square Matrix

A Non-Square Matrix is a matrix in which the matrix horizontal length, [math]\displaystyle{ m }[/math], and matrix vertical length, [math]\displaystyle{ n }[/math] are not the same ([math]\displaystyle{ m \ne n }[/math]).
