An Organizational Peaceful Use Policy is a organizational policy that restricts the use of organizational outputs to only peaceful activities.

- Any system with offensive weapons
- Any system that provides supporting services to weapons (e.g. target designation or tactical communication)
- Any system involved with ballistic missile defense, whether operational or experimental
- This restriction applies only to the particular space system to be supported, and not to the activities of the customer as a whole. For example, equipment has been sold to the United States Airforce Academy and the Naval Postgraduate School for use on educational satellites.
Sinclair Interplanetary is also committed to peace on earth, but that is a much harder problem. Approximately 2% of annual gross revenue is donated to Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders.
