An Entity Ranking Task is an Information Retrieval Task (Ranking Task?) that requires a Ranked list of Entities that are relevant to a Query.

- output: an Ordered List of Entities (typically Named Entities of a certain Entity Type).
- It can be solved by an Entity Ranking System that makes use of an Entity Ranking Algorithm.
