An Averaged One-Dependence Estimator is probabilistic classification algorithm that was originally developed to address the attribute-independence problem of the popular naive Bayes classifier.

- Averaged one-dependence estimators (AODE) is a probabilistic classification learning technique. It was developed to address the attribute-independence problem of the popular naive Bayes classifier.
